The investment objectives of the Marquest Income & Growth Fund are to provide long term capital appreciation and stable monthly cash distributions. The Fund will seek to achieve its objectives through investment in an actively-managed and broadly diversified portfolio of income generating securities. The portfolio may include dividend-paying equities, income trusts, preferred shares and corporate and government bonds and other income-bearing securities of primarily Canadian issuers. The Fund may employ various strategies to preserve capital during periods of market uncertainty including holding significant cash positions.
